Long division involves using all of your basic math operations.  It's important to understand the steps involved because they repeat until the problem has been solved.  Here are several video links to long division demonstrations.  Watch them and follow the steps.  Record the problem and then try to do it without watching. The beauty of videos is that you can watch them as many times as you need to without having to ask for help! These are the same strategies we are using in class to solve long division problems.  Once you have watched and practiced, even your questions will make more sense because you will be speaking from your own experience.
